Smith Back in Action in High Bank Heist
(May
17, 2026) The #19m team was in the pit area at Eagle Raceway
in Eagle, Nebraska from May 14-16 for the Malvern Bank 'High Bank
Heist,' which was sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.
Unfortunately, Mother Nature took home a pair of victories and only
the $10,000 to win weekend lid lifter escaped inclement weather.
On Thursday night, Brenden Smith finished seventh in his heat race
and tenth in his B-Main. After utilizing a provisional to gain access
into the 40-lapper, Brenden was able to salvage an eighteenth place

Motorsports Tackles Soggy Illinois Speedweek
(May
10, 2026) From May 5-9, the JCM Motorsports team was slated
to compete in five high-profile events in the Land of Lincoln. Unfortunately,
only two programs escaped the wrath of Mother Nature, as shows at
LaSalle Speedway, Lincoln Speedway, and Farmer City Raceway were
all rained out.
At
Spoon River Speedway in Banner, Illinois on Wednesday night, a $20,000
top prize was up for grabs in the FloRacing Night in America Series
lid lifter. Brenden Smith unfortunately missed out on the 50-lap
feature after placing ninth in both his heat race and B-Main. On
Saturday evening at Fairbury Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois, Brenden
ran tenth in his heat race, twelfth in his B-Main, and twenty-seventh
in the $30,000 to win 'FALS Spring Shootout.' Full results from

Smith Competes at Circle City and Florence...
(May
3, 2026) On May 1-2, Brenden Smith was in action with the Lucas
Oil Late Model Dirt Series at both Circle City Raceway in Indianapolis,
Indiana and Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky. On Friday night
with a $15,000 top prize up for grabs at Circle City, Brenden ran
eighth in his heat race, fourth in his B-Main, and nineteenth in
the 50-lap feature. At Florence on Saturday evening with a $25,000
paycheck on the line in the 'Ralph Latham Memorial,' Brenden grabbed
the fourth transfer spot through his heat race prior to finishing
twenty-first in the final rundown of the 50-lapper. Complete results

Back on Lucas Oil Trail to Conclude Month of April
(April
27, 2026) Brenden Smith and the #19m team followed the Lucas
Oil Late Model Dirt Series trail to the states of Delaware, Pennsylvania,
and Maryland from April 24-26 for a trio of scheduled events. On
Friday night at Georgetown Speedway in Georgetown, Delaware, a $21,049
top prize was up for grabs in the annual running of the 'Melvin
L. Joseph Memorial.' Brenden ran fifth in his heat race, third in
his B-Main, and nineteenth in the 49-lap main event.
Following
a rain-out on Saturday at BAPS Motor Speedway in York Haven, Pennsylvania,
the JCM Motorsports team returned to competition on Sunday evening
in the annual 'Conococheague 40' at the legendary Hagerstown Speedway
in Hagerstown, Maryland. With a $10,000 payday on the line, Brenden
finished fourth in his stacked heat race and fifteenth in the 40-lap
headliner. He currently sits fifteenth in the latest version of

Motorsports and Brenden Smith Compete at Cochran
(April
19, 2026) On Saturday night, April 18, Brenden Smith entered
the Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series season opener at Cochran
Motor Speedway. A 23 car field was on hand at the Cochran, Georgia
facility to do battle in the $10,000 to win Super Late Model program.
Brenden won his heat race in preliminary action and later started
from the outside of the front row in the 50-lap headliner. The Dade
City, Florida ace was then running in the third spot on lap 15 and
did not return to the racetrack. The mechanical gremlins dropped
Brenden to a disappointing eighteenth place performance. Complete

(March
30, 2026) The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series schedule heated
back up on March 28-29 in the states of Indiana and Ohio. On Saturday
at the legendary Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, Indiana, Brenden
Smith utilized a provisional to gain access into the $25,000 to
win 'Indiana Icebreaker' headliner, but blasted past fifteen competitors
en route to an impressive eighth place effort. At Atomic Speedway
in Alma, Ohio on Sunday, a $15,000 top prize was up for grabs in
the annual running of the 'Buckeye Spring 50.' Brenden once again
received a series provisional and was able to salvage a seventeenth

Tackles Magnolia and Talladega in Tripleheader
(March
23, 2026) Brenden Smith and JCM Motorsports tackled both Magnolia
Motor Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi and Talladega Short Track
in Eastaboga, Alabama from March 20-22 for a trio of special events.
In World of Outlaws Late Model Series shootouts at "The Mag,"
Brenden Smith finished twenty-first in the final rundown of Friday's
$12,000 to win opener, while he unfortunately failed to transfer
in Saturday's $20,000 to win feature. On Sunday at TST, a $12,000
top prize was up for grabs in the annual running of the 'Bama Bash.'
Brenden advanced to finish third in his heat race before winding
up twentieth in the final finishing order of the 50-lap Hunt the

Smith Wraps Up Speedweeks at Golden Isles
(March
8, 2026) The Speedweeks journey for Brenden Smith wrapped up
from March 4-7 at Golden Isles Speedway, as the Lucas Oil Late Model
Dirt Series presided over four big events at the Brunswick, Georgia-area
speedplant. On Wednesday night in the opener, which boasted a $7,000
paycheck, Brenden ran third in his heat race and fifteenth in the
30-lap feature. Racing for a $10,000 payday on Thursday, Brenden
finished seventh in his heat race, sixth in his B-Main, and seventeenth
in the 40-lapper.
On Friday evening with a $12,000 top prize on the line, Brenden
narrowly missed out on the 50-lap main event after placing sixth
in his heat race and fourth in his B-Main. The #19m JCM Motorsports
team also unfortunately did not transfer into Saturday's $25,000
to win headliner after running sixth in the heat race and eighth

Charges to Sixth in $25,000 to Win Ocala Finale!
(March
1, 2026) The busy Speedweeks for Brenden Smith continued from
February 24-28 with five Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series shootouts
during the 'Wieland Winternationals' at Ocala Speedway in Ocala,
Florida. With a rain-out on Friday, only four races officially got
into the record books. Brenden's best outing of the week came in
Saturday's grand finale, which shelled out a $25,000 payday. The
Dade City, Florida ace grabbed the fourth and final transfer spot
through his heat race prior to passing ten competitors during the
50-lapper en route to a stellar sixth place performance!
Other
finishes for the week at Ocala included a twelfth in Tuesday's $7,000
to win opener, a thirteenth in Wednesday's $7,000 to win show, and
a twenty-first in Thursday's $10,000 to win contest. Brenden now
sits fifteenth in the latest version of the Lucas Oil Late Model
